I have completed the sport several moments and was attempting to make use of the Chet expertise bug in goodsprings to develop a super personality with dual perks just for enjoyment but just certain perks seem to function. Anyone know which perks will become held when causing or if theres a cause only particular ones are usually held?From my tinkering close to with it, it appears that any perk that requires a degree 6 or higher are held. Perks with no level requirements, or that require degree 2 or 4 are usually taken out. I suspect it was performed under the assumption that you can't get to degree 6 without leaving the Goodsprings area, therefore they only reset the types below level 6.
